Employment Application Policies

Teaching Candidates must submit the following:

1. Standard State Application and Resume, completed in full
2. All Transcripts
3. Act 34 Clearance
4. Act 151 Clearance
5. Act 114 The Federal Criminal History Record
6. Teaching Certification(s) or Letter from Dean of Certifying Institution
7. Proof of passing any appropriate National Teacher Exams
8. QPA Form
9. Physical Exam
10. TB Tine Test or Chest X-Ray Results
11. (3) Letters of Recommendation

Custodial, Maintenance, Cafeteria, Secretary, Security, Teacher Aide, and Health Room Aide Candidates must submit the following:

1. L.H. Application, completed in full "Available at Central Office"
2. Act 34 Clearance
3. Act 151 Clearance
4. Act 114 The Federal Criminal History Record
