Welcome:

It is with great pleasure that I welcome back students, parents, and staff to the 2011-2012 academic school year at R.W. Clark Elementary School. The staff and I are very excited that you have entrusted your child's education to us.  We will make every effort to ensure your child's success, both academically and socially, during this school year.

We are extremely proud of our previous accomplishments, as our students met Adequate Yearly Progress (AYP) on the Pennsylvania System of School Assessment (PSSA) for the third consecutive year. We plan to continue the model of success our school has achieved in past years. Our accomplishments are due to the diligent efforts of our faculty and staff and the concern and support from parents, community members, and administration.  Our goal at R.W. Clark Elementary School is to encourage students to be creative problem solvers, effective decision makers, tolerant citizens, and critical thinkers.  The faculty and staff will make every effort to meet the needs of each student with an emphasis on providing a positive elementary school experience.
