WINTER TRAINING ACADEMY - EAST
The Pittsburgh Riverhounds SC 2020-2021 Winter Technical Training Academy East kicks off this December. The program will take place at our new state-of-the-art facility in Connellsville. The safety of our families is our main priority and the training will follow all CDC guidelines. Parents will be allowed to observe the training sessions at the complex with social distancing measures in place.
The program will offer one-hour sessions of high-level technical training. The sessions will be fast-paced in an environment that encourages learning and will aim to help all players improve on the ball. The coaches will be comprised of current Riverhounds Development Academy (RDA) East team coaches.
There are no formal evaluations for the program, and we will break the groups up after the first few sessions according to the technical level of the players. The program is a great way for players to work hard over the winter months to improve areas of their game prior to the spring.
