Dear Hatfield Elementary Families and Students,

Welcome to the start of an incredible school year! As your new Principal, I am absolutely thrilled to join the Hatfield community and partner with you to ensure our students thrive.

My philosophy is simple: “Our students are our purpose.”  Every decision we make, every lesson we design, and every goal we set revolves around what is best for our children. I bring to Hatfield a deep passion for education built over 31 years as an educator and coach. Throughout my career, I have been fortunate to gather a broad array of experiences from teaching at the elementary level to leading as an administrator at both the middle and high school levels. My educational journey includes a Bachelor's degree from California University of PA, a K-12 Principal Certification from the University of Pittsburgh, and a Master's degree and Superintendent Eligibility from Edinboro University.

While my background has prepared me for the schoolhouse, my heart is grounded in a simple motto that I hope will guide our students every day: "Be good, do good." Together, we will focus not just on academic excellence, but on lifting each other up and making a positive impact on our world.
