A huge congratulations goes out to LHHS junior Lorien Seaton for winning first place in the Highway Safety Network/State Farm Billboard Design Contest for 2026! Her design was overwhelmingly selected as the winner from student entries for PennDot District 12, which spans four separate counties.   Lorien submitted her entry through the LHHS SADD Club, with sponsor Mrs. Jennifer Neill.
