2022-23 After School Program
Our 21st Century After School program at the elementary level will continue this year with the support of the Intermediate Unit #1 grant our LH students in grades 2 - 5.
*The program starts Monday, September 19, 2022 and runs through May 26, 2023 running 4 days a week: Monday through Thursday from after school through 6:15 PM. Transportation will be provided for those students in need. Snacks will be provided as well at no cost to the students.
After School Curriculum / Activities Include:
Reading, Math, Homework Help, Positive Behavior Support, Physical Activity, STEM Lessons, Challenger Learning Program , WQED/PBS Kids, Arts/Crafts/Music, etc.
The grant requires daily attendance/participation and may remove students with poor attendance from the program in order to place students on the waiting list.
The grant has set a total of 30 students per building. The principal will accept the first 30 and then put any additional applications on a waiting list. **************************************************************************
