Dear LHSD High School Students, Parents, Guardians, and Staff:
Unfortunately, we have recently become aware that West Penn Power has scheduled an upgrade to its power grid on Wednesday, September 25, 2024, from 8:00 am until 12:00 pm. We have been notified that our high school will not have power. Power to the high school, if supplied may be sporadic at best. Therefore, there will be NO school for high school students who attend the high school and the CTI, on Wednesday, September 25, 2024. Please be aware that Adelphoi students will be on their regular schedule. All high school staff are to report on regular time.
All Elementary Schools and the Middle School will run on a regular schedule. All staff members are to report on regular time.
Lastly, please remember that elementary school and middle school students will be operating on a two (2) hour early release on Wednesday, September 25, 2024.
