Dear Laurel Highlands School Community,
As we gear up for the winter sports season, it's crucial for all student-athletes to ensure they are in top physical condition. To facilitate this, winter sport physicals will be conducted on the following date and locations:
**Senior High Physicals: Co-ed Swimming, Boys Basketball, Girls Basketball**
- **When:** October 25, 8:00 a.m. to 9:45 a.m.
- **Where:** The Nurse's Office at Laurel Highlands High School
**Middle School Physicals:**
- **When:** October 25, 10:25 a.m. to 11:35 a.m.
- **Where:** The Nurse's Office at Laurel Highlands Middle School
**Middle School Winter Sports:**
- Seventh and Eighth Grade Boys Basketball
- Seventh and Eighth Grade Boys Wrestling
Please note that all paperwork must be filled out in advance of the physical examination. Forms will be available at the security desks at both schools starting from Tuesday, October 17.
**Cost of the Physical:** $10.00 per person. All checks and money orders should be made out to LH Athletics (no cash payments, please). Kindly refrain from making checks or money orders payable to Centerville Clinic. All payments should be payable to LH Athletics.
