NEW ONLINE Driver’s Education Class

Laurel Highlands High School will once again offer an online driver’s education course during the second nine weeks starting on October 28th and running through January 20th.
909 Driver’s Education Theory* online course has been developed for sophomores, juniors, and seniors and must be taken prior to the Driver’s Behind the Wheel course. The course consists of asynchronous online classroom instruction through Google Classroom taught by Mr. Mike Smith, LH teacher. This course is a prerequisite for the behind-the-wheel driving course. Students will be awarded 0.3 credits upon successful completion of this class. (LH Students ONLY)
*The cost for the course is $75 and must be paid by the start of the course.
TO REGISTER, COMPLETE THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION (Return with check to the high school office by Monday, October 26, 2026, Mr. Smith will the instructor and will invite students to participate via Google Classroom.)

Laurel Highlands reserves the right to terminate any course based on the number of students registering. If a session is eliminated, the student will be notified and given the option of registering for another session if available.
