Laurel Highlands Senior High School to Offer Sports Physicals for Fall Athletes
Laurel Highlands Senior High School will be holding fall sports physicals for student-athletes on Friday, May 30 in the Nurse’s Office.
The cost for the physical is $10.00, payable by check or money order made out to LH Athletics. Physical forms can be picked up in advance at the high school security desk or download a copy below. Forms must be completed in full and signed in all appropriate areas before a physical will be administered.
Per PIAA regulations, all students must have a completed physical and proof of medical insurance in order to participate in practices. No insurance, no physical, no practice—no exceptions.
Physicals Schedule – Friday, May 30
Students will be called down during the school day according to the schedule below:
8:00 AM – 8:30 AM: Football (Juniors) & Golf
8:30 AM – 9:00 AM: Football (Sophomores)
9:00 AM – 9:30 AM: Football (Freshmen)
9:30 AM – 10:15 AM: Boys Soccer
10:15 AM – 11:00 AM: Girls Soccer
11:00 AM – 11:45 AM: Volleyball & Cross Country
11:45 AM – 12:15 PM: Late Arrivals
Important: There will be no make-up physicals offered at the Senior High prior to the first official day of fall practice.
All students planning to participate in fall sports must have completed all requirements in advance. No physical and no insurance means no participation on the first mandated day of practice.
