Just a reminder-if you played a fall or winter sport and if you took a physical for a fall or winter sport, you do not have to take a physical for spring sports.

Physicals for the senior high spring sports season will be given on February 18th in the high school nurses office from 8:00 am to 9:45 am.

Cost of physical-$10.00. Please no cash, checks or money orders only. Make checks payable to LH athletics.

It is mandatory to participate-you must have a physical and medical insurance-all paperwork must be filled out-no physical-no medical insurance-no participation
