May The Science Be With You: A Stellar Star Wars Literacy and STEM Event for Mini Mighty Mustangs
Calling all young Padawans and aspiring scientists! The Force is strong at the High School this fall, and you're invited to embark on a cosmic adventure like no other. On Thursday, November 16th, 2023, the High School will be transformed into a galaxy of learning, excitement, and fun with the "May The Science Be With You" Star Wars Literacy and STEM Mini Mighty Mustangs Event.
**Carnegie Science Center Constellation Project**
Prepare to be awestruck by the Carnegie Science Center Constellation Project, where you'll journey through the stars and galaxies. Get ready for a visual feast as the LH Planetarium transforms into a GeoDome Star Viewing experience. Witness the majesty of the universe like never before.
**Hands-on Galactic Project**
This event isn't just about watching; it's about doing! Students will have the opportunity to engage in a hands-on Galactic Project that will spark your imagination and take your STEM skills to new heights.
**Order of Cosmic Contents (Agenda):**
The event kicks off at 5 pm, but doors open at 4:45 pm, so be sure to arrive early to make the most of your cosmic adventure. The event will run until 7 pm, ensuring you have plenty of time to explore and learn.
