Welcome Back from Dr. Wallace

Mustang Nation Familes,

Hello and Welcome Back! Once again a new school year is upon us. I hope all of you were able to take some time off and enjoy your family and friends during the summer break. We look forward to your student’s return and the thirst for learning they will bring with them. Expectations are high that we will have an engaging, productive, and positive school year. We have chosen this profession to make a gainful impact on the lives of our students. However, the education of our students is a team approach, and we appreciate your involvement and trust in our ability to educate our children.

On that note, we have researched and incorporated the best professional development and in-service programs available to ensure we are teaching to the most up-to-date standards available, and establishing the highest standards of learning for your student. We want every student to reach their full potential and achieve their dreams. We incorporate a team approach to the betterment of every student and family we serve; therefore, each teacher, custodian, maintenance employee, aide, administrator, nurse, security officer, cafeteria worker, building front office, and central office professional makes a difference. We are and will continue to be approachable, accessible, and will teach to the bell every day. We are proud of our Laurel Highlands students, staff, and community; we look forward to a great school year! Thank you.
