This survey will be used to order and plan for Grab ad Go meal pick-up on Wednesday's when students return to in person instruction. Students in person for class will have free breakfast and lunch daily on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday. In person students will be able to take a breakfast home on Tuesday for Wednesday morning. This form will be used to calculate the amount of Grab and Go meals for Wednesday's.
Students will receive lunch for Wednesday, and breakfast and lunch for the weekend on Wednesdays. This will occur at all six buildings on Wednesdays from 11:00AM - 12:00PM.
Please complete the form no later that Monday each week in order for us to be able to plan and prepare meals for all. Students participating in remote instruction all week, can call their school cafeteria prior to 10:00 AM each day to request a remote meal for Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday.
